补充关于大会员的一些信息 ( #459 )

关于 `vip_pay_type` 字段的参考数据：创始人碧诗（UID：2）、哔哩哔哩弹幕网（UID：8047632）等官方账号的 `vip_pay_type` 值为 0，除此之外通过正常渠道获取的大会员，`vip_pay_type` 值均为 1。通过大会员到期时间可知这些用户的大会员基本不可能通过正常渠道获取，推测此字段用于区分用户的大会员是否由后台发放。
此外补充了一些关于大会员信息的描述。
